Return & Refund Policy

Personalized, made to order

Every set is customized with your names, colors and design, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong name entered at checkout, or preference about how a chosen color looks in person.

Damaged, lost or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, gets lost in transit, or doesn't match the design you submitted, email longzixin1988@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll remake it or refund you in full — no hassle.

Cancellations

You can cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of ordering. After that, production has likely started and we can no longer cancel.

Preview disclaimer

The on-screen preview (including fonts) is a close approximation of the printed result. Minor differences between preview and product are normal and not considered defects.
